Breakfast is the one meal I have yet to eat while at WDW. We usually just grab something quick in the room. I'm currently planning our August trip and want to include 1 breakfast. It is just DH & I this trip. So what is your favorite non-character breakfast??

DS13 & I are planning non-character brkfsts this Aug at:
Kona Cafe
Whisp Cany
Yacht Galley (2x)
Fresh
Spoodles

(and char brkfsts at: Donald's (2 PSs), Chef Mickey's, Cape May and Crystal Palace)

Boma's dinner buffet is only rivaled by its breakfast. It is great. We took my folks down in Jan'05 and despite meals at Jiko, AP, CG, Ohana's and Chefs it was my mom's favorite meal. We ended up changing our plans and eating breakfast here three times.

Our personal favorite non character breakfast is the buffet at Fort Wilderness Campgrounds.

Spoodles on the boardwalk is a nice, quiet place to start your day. The boardwalk area is so peaceful in the morning. We love all the breakfast options at Spoodles but our absolute favorite is thier breakfast pizza/flat bread......just awesome!

There are some fantastic non-character breakfasts at WDW. These are the three I'd suggest, with the decision of which one to go to being based on which location fits in best with where you're staying and your plans for each day:

Fresh
Kona Cafe
Boma

Happy planning! :)

I would say Kona if you want a sit down breakfast, or Boma if you want an all you can eat buffet.

We tried Whispering Canyon Cafe @ WL on our last visit in April...it was a pleasant surprize! Excellent food and great service! Skillet breakfast was $9.95 (plus we had our DDE 20% discount).

Also suggest Kona Cafe @ Poly...same good food and great service.

I like Tony's at MK. I'm not a big breakfast eater, and dh was able to get a meal while I just had a half of grapefruit and tea. When we stayed at Port Orleans, the banana stuffed french toast at Boatwrites sounded good!

Two locations that have wonderful breakfast:

Concourse Steakhouse - dont miss the Stickey Mickeys, My mouth is watering just thinking about these delicious cinnamin roll treats.

Trails End - Guest voted this the best deal at WDW. Great selection and very reasonable.

For us, it just wouldn't be a trip to WDW without breakfast at Kona! We are also planning on trying Fresh next trip! :Pinkbounc

We had a great breakfast at Boatwrights at POR on our honeymoon. that was 9 years ago, but I still remember how good it was.

I have to go with Boatwright's as well. They have the best sweet potato pancakes.

I would say either Boma if you want a buffet with a great variety to have a little of everything or Kona Cafe if you want a sit down meal.

Thank you for all the replies. I think I'm going to go w/ Kona Cafe as I like the looks of the menu and so many people suggested it.
