Best night for Palo

What, in your opinion, is the best night to book Palo on the 7 day?TIA

Some people go on formal night others choose to go on a night when they will be on rotation dining so that they aren't in the same restaurant 3 times, i guess it depends if there's anything you want to miss, i.e captains gala, mexicali etc if so schedule for that night, i'm sure any night is good and every night would be better

we'll also be doing brunch on key west day and try and do high tea aswell

I've nev er done dinner at Palo (brunch twice), but from APPEARANCES, it appears that it is least crowded on Port Call nights when the ship leaves late at night. When we were in Cozumel (where the ship leaves at 11 pm), Palo was about 20% full when I went by it.

Not sure if this really holds true, but it mighnt be worth further investigation.

Book it anyday you want..all nights are good and I would eat there any night I could! Just figure out your port schedule, what you are going to do...match it up with your possible dining room schedule and decide before you get to the ship. When you see your dining schedule you will know immediately what night you want to go.

We did the 7-night Western last month and ate at Palo's while at Port in Key West. We made our reservation for 7:30 pm and we had the best view of the sunset! After spending the day walking around Key West, this was a relaxing way to wind down AND still enjoy the beautiful sunset!

try not to do it on the Animator Palate's first night. That is the night of the color show, unless you have seen it before and don't mind missing it.
