Michael Douglas was GREAT in The American President! I also liked Jeff Bridges in The Contender (he was so funny about asking the kitchen for random food items all the time), but I REALLY liked Joan Allen in that movie... Great way to stand up for what you think is right!

My favorite line was when they were walking down the stairs going to their first public outing and I can't totally remember the line but something along the lines the press will want to know who is this woman and what is she doing with the President? "I will say Sydney Ellen Wade and because she said yes"....darn I wish I could remember it, I melt everytime
