Best month for weather/sea sickness?

What months are better for weather and getting to Castaway Cay? Also, which months are better for reduced sea sickness? I remember reading something about December being bad and that's the month we'd like to go!

December is great...excellent weather and a festive atmosphere on the ship - as for the ship not docking at Castaway Cay, I think that is dependant on a week by week basis depending on the strength of the current....

I don't know if it's time of year or just luck but we have cruised the Caribbean 4 times, 3 times in July and once Mid June. For the most part, all 4 cruises were "smooth sailing" w/ the exception of 1 or 2 rocky nights...but nothing to get sick about.
