Best Moderate At Christmas?

So I am trying to plan our families first trip to WDW at Christmas time! I am toying with the idea of staying at WL, but we are not sure we want to spend the extra money. If we do go with a moderate resort which would you choose in terms of decorations?

I would spend the extra and stay at wl. I do love pofq but not their decor and especially not their christmas decorations.

We've been to CBR, POFQ and POR during Christmas and we found, while not all that spectacular, that POFQ had the best of the three. The PP was right, WL has the best Christmas decorations, if you don't want to spend the money then you can always resort hop to enjoy the decorations and don't forget to see the huge Gingerbread house at GF.

Most resorts only decorate their lobby's anyway, so it stands to reason that the bigger the lobby the more the display.
