Best Mod With Ds12

Am taking magical mother-son 7 day trip to WDW before DS12 is too cool to be with me. Price-wise I'll probably stay at a mod (still hoping for better code than AAA). What is the best choice for a kid who loves the parks and loves to swim, especially loves water slides, etc? I have a ressie at POR, but wondered esp. about POFQ or CSR.

Definitely CSR! The water slide will keep him entertained for hours!

My son (12) will agree CSR has the best pool and slide.

For a 12 yo I would say CSR-the other mods have smaller sildes-he might get bored with them.

I would have to disagree and say POFQ. Everything is much closer together and it has a real festive feel. The pool does not have a huge slide but it has a great pool area. Plus you can take the boat to Downtown Disney. All the mods have there good points and it comes down to personal preference. Mine is POFQ.

I have to say CSR also, DS 11 loved it and the slide was great fun.

I have to go with CSR too - We stayed there on a Mom-Son trip when my son was 12 & he loved it - In fact, we moved over from several nights at Poly Conc. & he liked CSR better (except for missing the Poly's "free food" part )
The pool is awesome - we had sooooo much fun swimming, we spent more time there than any other pool except StormAlong Bay. It's also fun to bike/scooter around & they have water mice. Oh, I almost forgot - thinking like a 12 year old boy - the arcade is also pretty good!
I highly recommend CSR (in fact I have & the families that stayed there loved it as much as we did!)
