Best meal in WS?

I always like to try a restaurant in a different country in the WS each time we go. The countries I haven't had a sit down meal in are -- Norway, Italy, China, Canada or France. Which would you choose? Thanks.

We're trying LeCellier in Canada in November, EVERYTHING I've read is very good!

We are trying Canada's Le Cellier this December, cannot wait!

We have eaten in Italy twice, it was too rich and filling for us but the food was very good.

We have eated in France twice and did not care for it much.

China looks interesting, have to try that the next time around.

Out of your choices, I would go Canada. I've been to plenty of Italian restaurants on par with Alfredo's. My fave at WS is San Angel.

LeCellier in Canada! We have been there twice (once just a week ago) and LOVED it! Great food and service.

I haven't tried Norway, but of the countries you listed, my favorites (in order) are:
Canada
France - Chefs de France (haven't tried Bistro)
Italy
China

Of the ones you listed I'd try Canada or France (in that order). I wouldn't do Norway because its all Princess all the time. I also wouldn't do Italy or China because I can get better right here at home.

Have been to all the sit-downs in WS with the exception of the buffets....

Le Cellier is hands down, the best.

Love Japan.

Actually really liked Rose & Crown -- more modestly prices as compared to the rest of them. Great atmosphere, especially outside at night.

China -- good for lunch (the take out) wouldn't run there for the sit down.

Love San Angel -- always go there for lunch - especially when it's hot outside. The best margaritas (like ours on the rocks - not frozen)

Didn't like Alfredos AT ALL -- stay away. The restaurant smells like a damp rag. Yuk.

Le Cellier would be my first pick if I only had one.

Tangerine Cafe in Morocco was great!

Was completely disappointed in Chefs de France. I was looking forward to a much better meal considering who owns the place but my meal was lacking.

We love the Rose & Crown as well.

I've eaten at the sit downs in Japan, China and Italy, we like all of them.

We'd like to eat at Le Cellier in Canada sometime.

I have eaten in each country and there isn't one that I didn't enjoy... well I am not a huge fish person so Akershus wasn't my favorite. My wife and I have a tradition of going to San Angel Inn each trip. We love the atmosphere and the real Mexican food. Restaurant Marrakesh is great! Fun atmosphere, just a good place to try new things. Le Cellier is good and safe if you don't like trying new things. And I love German food so Biergarten is fun but not the best German food I've had.
