Best marina for mid-day boat/pool break?

I am wondering what marina / pool area you would recommend for a midday break from the MK? We would probably grab lunch at this resort too.
Also, do all the MK resort pool areas have showers? I know that PO-R does, but wasn't sure about the deluxes.
We are DVC members so pool hopping isn't an issue.

GF has showers near the themed pool there are changing rooms with showers. We used them on our check out day the last two years and they are quite nice.

I would say GF or Poly. Bith have secluded marinas with a decent patio area to sit back and relax.

Definitely the Polynesian, great pool, marina is right next to it, and there are showers at the Quiet pool which has a great deck area. Captain Cooks is close to the pool for a quick snack. Everything you want is very close at the Polynesian.
