Best lunch at MK and EP?

I'm working on my ADR list and need to add a lunch (or brunch) meal at each of these parks. Doesn't need to be TS but could be. What are your favorite lunches at:
1. MK
2. EP

1) Best lunch at MK would have to include The Plaza! It has fabulous sandwiches and desserts.

2) Best lunch at EP used to be in Mexico at the Cantina San Angel, but they drastically changed their menu... I think Japan's Yakitori House has a delicious Teriyaki chicken and is reasonably priced. The Rose & Crown has delicious table service and we've never been disappointed.

You really have a lot of fine choices at Epcot... I always have trouble deciding there!

In the MK, I love Liberty Tree Tavern for lunch. It's great to get out of the heat and get a good meal. If you're looking for a CS, then my favorite is Columbia Harbor House.


In Epcot you have several good choices. I like Tangeriene Cafe because it's a really welcome change from burgers. The portions are huge so a platter is big enough to share.

Columbia Harbor House or the Plaza. The Plaza is a TS location but they serve sandwiches and ice cream related items mainly.

Epcot has a number of good places for lunch. For CS, the aforementioned Tangerine Cafe in Morocco, Yorkshire Fish Shop in England, Boulangerie Patisserie in France or Sunshine Seasons in The Land in Future World. It is pretty easy to buy items at multiple pavilions in the World Showcase and eat together if people in your parties have different tastes. Just look at the map to see how close they are. For TS, Biergarten is one of my favorites.

I also love the Tangeriene Cafe. The food is so yummy and the portions are HUGE!!!

I also agree with the MK choices...both CHH and LTT were delicious and fun!!!

Crystal Palace is also a good option for lunch at MK. I might also suggest Tony's, but Italian could be a bit heavy for a mid-day meal that isn't followed by some serious downtime.

At Epcot, I haven't done it myself (yet), but I hear good things regarding the Biergarten in the Germany pavilion. There's also Akerhaus if you want a "princess" meal, although I can't say that the traditional Norwegian lunch menu appeals to me.

MK - Our favorite is Columbia Harbour House (we prefer CS for lunch - it's quicker and we don't have to stick to a time). We LOVE sitting upstairs!!! It usually is empty and there is a bathroom up there too along with all the condiments you need. We typically go early to lunch anyway but order & get your food and take it right upstairs. You have a place to wash your hands, grab napkins & ketchup, etc. so you don't have to get all of that on the main floor where it is really busy. The fish & chips are great and the chicken is the really good breaded REAL chicken breast. Can't beat the malt vinegar on the fries either

EP - Sunshine Seasons - I like the salmon with olive tapinade & mashed potatoes!! And there are TONS of options here for everyone in your party.

• TS: The Plaza - It is a must-do for us on every trip.
• CS: Columbia Harbour House

EPCOT:

• TS: Tutto Italia - So very good! One of the best meals we've ever had in 30+ years of visiting WDW.
• TS Runners Up: Biergarten or Marrakesh or Tepan Edo - Great food and entertainment.
• CS: Tangerine Cafe (Morocco) or Sunshine Season (Land)
