Hello,

I'm going to be staying at the Swan, so while we get the Disney park to park transportation, we don't get Magical Express, correct? If that's the case I figured we might as well spend a little extra to get a town car as our round trip airport transfer.

Can anyone give me the best recommendation for who to book for a round trip town car (for 2 people)? Any companies have good deals and are reliable?

Thanks!

There are a lot of very good towncar services in the Orlanod area. You will get good experiences as well as not so good ones...and all for the same company!! What one family thinks of as great service, is not going to be to the liking of another family.
So....get recommendations and then go with your gut. There are some that get a lot of good reports consistently. If you see one (or two) that don't show up letterwise but as *****, it means that they have violated DIS board guidelines and the board owner has decided to ban those companies from any and all discussion. It does NOT mean that they have provided bad service..only that they violated the terms of service here, on the DIS.

Just so that you know...Mears does run a shuttle from MCO to the S/D (as well as other resorts along the way). The cost is about $36 pp r/t. I used it a year ago and found it to be just fine. I got to see some parts of Orlando that I had never seen before, chatted with some very nice people and got some great info about the area from the wonderful driver. I wouldn't hesitate to do that again. And it took about 75 mins, from plane to resort...just a bit longer than DME average time, and about 15-20 mins longer than a car service that would go directly to the resort.

We had a positive experience with Happy Limo recently. Our group was a GG of 11 people.

The service was punctual, the drivers were courteous and helpful, the transfers were quick, the vehicles were newer and clean, the child seats were in place as requested.

They even upgraded us both ways...from a sprinter van to a Hummer stretch limo and a minibus.

The cost was also reasonable.

It was our second time using a limo service in Orlando, and this company was much better than the first.

We would book Happy Limo again.

Thanks for the recommendations!

I read a little bit about Tiffany, are they a good company too? Any others out there?

I have used Tiffany with good results. Also used FL Tours, a board sponsor, with decent results. I think my issues were completely the fault of one particular driver..not the entire company.

We have had several postive experiences with Tiffany Towncar. After a bad experience with Happy Limo we do not shop around and stick with Tiffany as we know they are good.

We used Happy Limo www.happylimo.com in April/May and had a great experience. They also upgraded us on our return trip. We had reserved a stretch limo both ways and had a stretch Navigator on the way back to the airport. www.mousesavers.com has a discount code for a round trip transfer. Very professional, courteous and prompt.
