Okay now I'm in Orlando I'll have to go hunting for Latkes or make my own.

Anyone out there with Great Latke recipes??

I made them once using grated sweet potatoes and they were really good.. Sorry I don't have the recipe at hand.

I don't have a great one, I usually just take one off the internet and make it. I haven't found one that I truly love yet. I would love to hear if anyone else has!
