Best Lanyard ID/Pass holder?

Looking for a lanyard, disney preferably of course, that has some sort of zippered pouch for Id/passess etc. any suggestions? Photos would be awesome as well.

If this is for your trip just wait until you get there. They have them in pretty much every gift shop.

I can't remember the price but it wasn't anything crazy my lanyard is the one that says disney world on it... i want to say about 6.... they also sell the id holder thing (i want to say about 3).... I LOVE mine....

You can definitely get them in the resort gift shops-- and they will have several choices and they also usually have a variety of "accessories" like the plastic ID holder, a water bottle holder and a few other things. They aren't very expensive. You will have no problem finding them when you get there.

The best selection I have seen is in a store in DHS at the corner of Hollywood Blvd and Sunset Blvd on the right hand side of the street facing the Sorcerers hat. You can even have it personalized with your name embroidered on it.

The absolutely have them in the Pop gift shop..........I got a Nightmare Before Christmas lanyard and one of the plastic pouches to attach to it on our arrival day. Sorry, I don't have a pic though.

Here is my 2 cents...

I have a pin lanyard, and I bought a clear plastic zipper pouch at WDW to hang from the lanyard. The pouch is attached by a very small metal ring. If you yank on it, that ring will bend and the pouch will fall off. The way you might end up yanking on it is that it gets tangled in the ride restraints. Also, if you have an AP or other ticket that isn't made of rigid plastic, the opening of the pouch is smaller than the card so you have to kind of angle the card into the pouch. The corners of my AP were shot by the end of the trip. I was completely frustrated with that stupid plastic pouch by the second day.

We have ID holders from Office Max that we LOVE. There is a toggle on the strap so you can adjust the length. There is a clear window in the front, with a little zipper pocket behind it. Those work SOOO much better than the ones from the park.

Is the lanyard better than keeping ID/passes in a zipper pocket of clothes or fanny pack? Seems like the lanyard would get in the way hanging around your neck.

i'm getting mine pre-trip on EBay. Lanyard, pouch thingy, autograph book & pen.

there are a ton of ebayers that sell them - and yes, even Disney ones.

I agree with PP...My plastic holder from Disney was torn by Day 2! But if you get an ID holder at Office Max (or other office store) They seem to stay together better. This year, I found the lanyards (without holders) at Michael's for $1 each (Cars, Fairies, and Princesses). I got those and attached an ID holder from Office Depot (I think) and I believe they seem sturdy...I like them for the KTTWC, keeping our cell phone number with DS, and photopass cards.

I've been looking for photos too, without luck. So here are mine. Got the lanyards at Michael's and the holders from Office Max. I don't trust the clip to hold our tickets, so I knotted the lanyard around the holder's necklace (in addition to the clip), which also serves to shorten the length for kids.

Party City has a ton of Disney lanyards right now for .99! Princess, Tinkerbell, Toy Story, Cars, Mickey, etc.

Those are nice - you can also put your trading pins on the lanyard as well. Off to Michaels and Office Max !

I could not find the ID holders on the Office Max website.
Do you think the ID holders are for a specific Office Max store - or do all Office Max stores cartry them ?

Does anyone have an online link to order the ID holders ?

These are great! We bought out lanyards at PartyCity ($.99 each). I have seen silimar holders at Office Depot. Did you cut off the neck cord? How are you securing the holder to the lanyard? Thanks!

I *think* this is the same one that I have. It looks the same in the photo, but I can't tell if it has the zipper pocket behind the clear window or not.

I dont have a picture but I REALLY like the Vera Bradley hipster. its thin enough plus you can hold your childrens in there without them losing their own. It also has enough room for money and little things, tampons, lipstick a small tube of sunscreen plus its pretty!!!! I have one in pink flowers and I am getting another one before my next trip in 27 days. Its lighweight and when you open it up it has the card holder right there so its convenient and did i mention its pretty!!
