Where’d do you like to go to and why?
Better than the adult menu?
Most bang for your buck?
Fancy a smaller portion of your favourite dish?

Wright Down Main street on YouTube has a whole series on kids meals at each park. It might be worth checking out. I tend to get a kids meal at QS bc we snack and I like to not be too full. Some of my faves:

MK- Columbia Harbour House- I get the grilled shrimp. It's only three shrimp, but we snack enough that with the rice and green beans it does the job.

HS- I like the grilled chicken salad kids meal at ABC Commissary.

I second watching Wright Down Main Street - she did all the parks and most (if not all) of the QS locations to test out the kids meals. Will definitely be doing this on our next trip in September. I am going with just my 7 year old daughter this time and we both prefer to snack around all day than big heavy meals. Either 2 kids meals or one adult QS meal is enough for us. Gotta leave room for snacks :p

The thing I like most with kids meals is that they come with little sides (some even have fruit!) and a small drink. All that for usually around $8-$10.

At AK, Satu’li Canteen any of the bowls… kids size is perfect for me. Also love the hot dog in dough!
Just be aware that the kids' bowls don't normally come with sauce, although you can easily ask for it. But I didn't notice until I sat down, was solo so I didn't feel comfortable leaving my food to go back to get some.
Another great one that was recommended here that I enjoyed was at Pecos Bill's-the Citrus-Chipotle Chicken Rice bowl.

If I'm eating at QS I'm eating a kid's meal always. It's not about saving money for me, it's because the adult portions are just too big. I rarely snack between meals but I've found the kid's meals more than enough for me and I usually get the cutie as a side and eat it later on.

I'm a fan of the breakfast bowls and the grilled cheese at Woody's Lunchbox at HS. More than enough food on either one of them. I like the bowls at Peco's Bills at MK. While not a kid's meal I usually get the chicken fried rice at Yak and Yeti in AK. I think it's listed as a side but it works as a meal for me, I always carry a bottle of water with me so I don't even need to get a drink. I tend to be at the parks during a festival at Epcot so I usually just eat around the booths. I do enjoy both QS places in France for breakfast but those aren't kid's meals. Every once in a blue moon I'll get a kid's meal from Mexico.

If I'm not at Dolphin, I'll get the kid's version of the bounty platter for breakfast at the resorts. Scrambled eggs, bacon and for a drink I'll get an orange juice.

I second the kids pizza at connections! One large slice of pizza, two sides (fries and a cutie) and a small drink.

I also like the kids tacos in Mexico! Two small chicken tacos, chips and queso, grapes and a drink.

At Satuli Canteen, I'll order both a cheeseburger pod kid's meal and an adult bowl. The kid's meal only costs a few more dollars than a drink, and it includes that plus all the food.

No doubt about it the pizza at Connections in Epcot. A real size slice plus sides like fries and a drink. Surprised they haven't shut that one down yet it's too good of a value.
At Connections, I also noticed there's a chicken skewer, with the same sides offered. Has anyone tried that, and if so, how was it?

Has anyone tried either of the kids' bowls at Harambe market? After getting the kids bowl at Satul'i Canteen, and finding it had no sauce and thus extremely bland, I've been hesitant to try the bowls at Harambe Market.

Yeah, the chicken and rice bowl at harambee is chicken and rice. No sauce.

Regal Eagle at Epcot. I always get the kids chicken salad with a side of mac and cheese and a side of fries ( kids meal comes with choice of two sides and a drink). They used to have a really good chicken salad with grapefruit and pumpkin seeds and I think a citrus vinaigrette. But I guess not many kids ate that….So the new one they have on the menu is a little more plain. Still has the pulled chicken on top and cucumber and tomato I believe. Then they just give you a pack of ranch or Italian dressing…… but my hack is to get the delicious honey mustard they have at the sauces counter and pour that on it! Plus the mac and cheese there is sooo good too!!
I crave Regal Eagle in between Disney trips. 75 more days until I will be there again!

Ohhh I have one more too. The kids salmon at Sunshine Seasons at Epcot. Salmon, side of mashed potatoes and side of Mac and cheese….. heavy carb loading for energy to walk around World Showcase all day, with just enough protein to keep you full until the next meal.

I ordered the kids meal cheeseburger pods at Satu'li Canteen. With the chips and cuties, it filled me up.
I've also gotten the kids pepperoni pizza roll at Sunshine Seasons.

Have not but if the pizza slice is any indication I bet the chicken skewer is a decent portion size of 4-5 chunks.
