Best Italian Restaurant

Picking the best Italian restaurant is a matter of personal taste. We have eaten at a number of Italian eateries-Tony's in the MK, Via Napoli in Epcot and Mama Melrose in DHS. Via Napoli is our personal favorite. Excellent pizza and typical Italian dishes are available and quite good. The wait staff is very personable and outgoing. Choa!

we live in jersey.... that being said .... it all tastes like chef boyardi yo me

I had the best lasagne ever at Tutto Italia. The service was wonderful also. I have also eaten twice at Portobello at DTD. Excellent meals and service both times. I have eaten at Mama Melrose once but the meal was just so-so, as was the service.

Live in boston so great Italian restaurants are easy to find. With that being said, liked via Napoli the best. Trying il mulino in august and very excited about that! Did not like tutto Italia and thought mama melrose was fine but nothing special.

Tutto is amazing! That lasagne they serve is the best I have ever eaten!

Conversely, we had lousy food and service at Tutto Italia last weekend. "Best" is subjective. :confused3

Given that I lived on The Hill in Providence RI for years where Italian is about the only thing available, I'll say Via Napoli. The food is good, its always been served hot, and we have never had bad service.

I'll have to give Napoli a try...looking forward to our trip this May

Il Mulino at the Swan is the best for overall Italian food. There just isn't a comparison to the others.

Best Pizza is Via Napoli in Epcot. Tutto slides in at third overall. Portobello gets decent reviews on the boards (I have no idea why), but we went two years ago and won't be wasting time or money there again. I seriously thought Chef Boy R Dee was better tasting, and the service was terrible to boot. Mama Melrose got it's shot last year for the Fantasmic package, and it was a joke. The only 'Italian' restaurant we haven't tried in recent year's is Tony's, but as I recall from way back, there was no reason to revisit it.

Il Mulino inside Swan hotel.
:thumbsup2

this is the only Italian worth eating in the World. IF not here then Jersey or Mass or New York or Providence. OR, Las Vegas.

This is the first thing I booked the other day for my Sept trip.
