best incentives ever?

We just purchased a AKV unit. We went on the tour back in Feb, but the deal got better in June...160pt contract, $8pt discount, 160 developers points....no maint fees for 1 year. My wife and i were very happy with that so we bought it a week ago. Kidani unit 65d

The incentives last fall when they opened the Doorway to Dreams store in Schaumburg, IL were better:

On a 200 pt AKV purchase, we got $8 off (so down to $96) and 400 bonus developer points. And the 200 2007 points immediately. And no maintenance for 2007.

We also paid with a frequent-flyer mile credit card over three months without interest (and 10% went on the Disney Visa 6 months no interest).

And we were able to borrow the 2008 points immediately, and 2009 points (March Use Year) a few months later.

That was a good deal.

I think the incentives they offered during the Travel Expo thingy not to long ago at Disneyland were the best I have ever seen.
