There are so many to choose from! Some that stand out are Tweedle-dee just hugging my youngest and patting her back. She was 18 months old and scared of many of the characters, but ran to him. It was so sweet.
Belle reassuring my now almost 3 yo that the Beast was actually very nice, but it still did not get her close to him.
This past year, my 14 yo was dressed as the Queen of Hearts for the Halloween party. We had great interactions with the Queen herself. It made all the hours spent sewing that slippery costume satin worth it

At some point, Peter led the kids - single file - in a parade up the stairs and halfway towards Hook where they taunted him some more. And then they ran screaming back down the steps when Hook acted like he was coming after them.

She knew exactly everything we were discussing, played along, and even offered to go outside (big no-no apparently) and pose, all three of us, in front of her bush. The bff and i still can't talk or reference mp without laughing hysterically.
