I didn't go to the website but did look in the book. The ones I mentioned as included are all there. Looking at the online options, it looks like the second in CO has been added but not the others, or else I missed it on the list in the book. You can go to the website, plan your vacation, World Passport collection then download the pdf for the various areas.
