I am thinking of visiting DLR at Eastertime in 2009. I am a DVC member and would want to use my vacation points. Any input regarding the three Disney hotels would be appreciated, including opinions re: concierge, views from rooms, restaurants, etc.

Thanks in advance! :earsboy:

My husband loved the grand Californian. It's the most points but we have 3 boys and having the bunk bed with the pull out was helpful. They put chocolates on our pillows every night with a new schedule for the next days events with updated weather info etc. and had a DVD player. The convienence of this hotel in relation to the front gates of Disneyland/Adventure is what really makes my family enjoy this location.

We have also stayed at the Paradise pier. It's nice but feels more like a regular hotel. This resort is the farthest away(but less points) but you can cut through the grand cali hotel but remember it is a nice little walk to get to the gates. The kids loved the slide but the pool is really small. The room we had gave a awesome view of the fireworks at night!!

We will be staying at the disneyland hotel in April so we can experience them all.

Good: Paradise Pier Hotel
Better: Disneyland Hotel
Best: Grand Californian Hotel

I've been to concierge at all three and GCH is definitely my favorite. Only problem is if you get a room that's a quarter mile form the elevators.
