Best hotel suggestions???

Hi all,
We are planning on a trip to Florida this coming December. We would like to stay at a Disney resort for the first bit just to get the whole Disney feel, but would like to switch to a hotel near Universal studios and Sea world for the later part of our trip. There will be four adults and we are looking for a hotel that is close (and with comp. transportation), clean and affordable. Any suggestions? Budget is limited so any suggestions would be really appreciated.

Hilton Grand Vacation Club at SW is running a special on RCI - so they might have a special on their site.

this is across the street from SW and offers transportation to US/IOA - but it is easier and quicker to drive.
