Family of 6, considering offsite, and would prefer 2 rooms.
My kids are older (ages 7-13) so fun pools, water slides, and lazy river most important to us/them (vs. free breakfast, shuttle - we're driving)
If we do onsite we'll be at AoA for budgeting, but if offsite, I'd be willing to upgrade a bit.
I would love help narrowing my options down - primarily only looking at what is recommended through Costco Travel; Gaylord, Marriott World Center, Dolphin, Wyndham Bonnet Creek ... but I'd love more "fun pool" options so I can compare pricing.
Note: Swan and Dolphin seem fully booked already??? - going 1st week in April.

Dolphin is the absolute best for location. The pool and food options are good.
Disney Springs Hilton Lake Buena Vista Palace has a terrific pool with Lazy river and nice view of/ walk to Disney Springs.
My family absolutely loves the Gaylord, but it is priced higher than the other options. The pools/ waterpark and food selections are excellent. It's great to walk around the atrium area and visit the alligators and fish- lots to see! They do have a shuttle to Disney that works pretty well and it's close enough that Uber/Lyft is reasonable

Check again, I’m seeing availability the first week of April for Swan/Dolphin. Plus they have a discount on two attached rooms right now I think

Renting timeshare points at Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek would save you $ vs Costco. I think it has 5 pools and two are lazy rivers. We found it more enjoyable for kids 9-14 than a Disney deluxe. We just moved pools as they got bored. You would also have a kitchen and the option of multiple rooms in one suite vs two separate hotel spaces.

We decided to go with the two room suites at Sheraton vistana on idrive. It was available on costco but
I got it on skyauction.com I learned about that site on here and you can get timeshare rooms with out the tour ( even though they ask) for great rates. I paid 1100 for a week sometimes a lot less and I had two rooms living room, washer dryer full kitchen
Multiple pools. They only have one water slide but they have parties every night at one of the pools.
