best hotel options for a family of 5

looking for advice on best hotel options for a family of 5.

What age? Budget? We were pretty happy at POR until my kids got a little older. We had a planned stay at CBR and hated it instantly - then moved to a 1BR at AoA. It's really hard to go back to a studio once you've done that.

Value is aoa has family suites that sleep 6 as does all star music.
port oreleans riverside and Caribbean beach both have rooms with 2 queen beds and a pulldown bed. Also depends on how old your kids are. Deluxe resorts also have. Two queen beds and a trundle bed, but it’s bigger then the ones at the moderate. Contemporary, poly, grand flo, beach club, yacht club have them. Also if you have a child under 3, you can stay in a regular room, though it might be a tight squeeze.

How important is the pool to you? Would you be much happier with 2 bathrooms and 2 tvs, or are you ok sharing? Are you fine with the buses or would you rather be able to walk/monorail/boat to the parks?

We are doing 2 rooms at Pop Century next week - taking my mom with me and putting a kid or two in her room. Next year we are going to stay at the Beach Club in one room, just our family of 5. We've done Art of Animation but it can be really expensive - I just hate spending so much at a value resort. I'd rather stay in 1 room in a deluxe resort for not much more $$....... but that's just me....

Rent DVC points and do a 1 or 2 bedroom.
