Best Hotel (non condo) near disney??

So it looks like we will be staying off site for the first time. I would like to stay on site but will not if I am not happy with the price. We like a hotel feel and is another reason for staying off site. My dh does not want that motel (outside corridors) feel. I do not want to see a kitchen on vacation. A microwave and fridge are nice, however I cringe when I see dishes on vacation. LOL

So what is the nicest off site accomodations. We were looking at DD Hilton and I was getting excited but the dates are blocked out for the first week of may?? It definatley had the feel we wanted. Any reviews of a great hotel would be great.

Maybe the Hyatt's Grand Cypress resort? I've heard this is very nice but pricey.

We are staying at Caribe Royale next month. They have two room suites. They have been refurbishing all the rooms. I got this on hotwire for $105 per night.
Hyatt is great but I thought the rooms were in need of a rehab when we stayed there 2 years ago. I hear they have started rehabbing. Not sure when they are slated to be finished. This hotel also comes up on hotwire & priceline alot.
