Hmm, they are all different, and in terms of atmosphere, I don't think any of them are similar to Grand Floridian or Yacht Club. However, the
Disneyland Hotel now has a Neverland theme pool that looks pretty neat! Probably not as great as YC, but close!
My personal favorite is the Grand Californian. I am a big Wilderness Lodge fan, and GC really reminds me of it. I especially thought that GC had a lot of great Disney-details in the room and the entire resort, without being super obvious. Like the Bambi themed shower curtains, and they have a few hidden Mickeys that they will help you find on the hotel tour.
So, while I would not compare any of them to GF or YC, I think they all have unique qualities that people really love! I am not a big fan of Paradise Pier because it seems kind of plain to me, but I've never stayed there either. The grounds on the DL Hotel and GC are just beautiful, and they are all ultra-convenient to the parks and Downtown Disney.
