Have a rental car
Don't want to pay for parking (at the hotel or the park) will if necessary
Don't care about breakfast ( doing the VIP tour so unlimited food)
Only one night stay...check in... Sleep, go to seaworld/checkout. Spend day at the park then head to disney

If you can swallow the parking fee ($18), then I would say the Renaissance might be your best choice. Its literally right across the street from the SW entrance, so you can't have any better proximity to the park than that.

18 bucks to park at the hotel...... Hummm wonder if it's better to do that or stay at a hotel with free parking and pay the 18 preferred parking at seaworld.

We like the SeaWorld affiliate hotels Fairfield and Springhill. They are just around the corner from the entrance and provide free buses to the park. Those are our favorite hotels when we go there. They are very modern and nice. They also provide qq for those that need them.

Amstar~ I'm from Dayton too :)

We just stayed a week at the Renaissance. Loved the convenience of just walking across the street to the park.

I've stayed at the Residence Inn and Hilton Grand Vacations. My recommendation would be Hilton Grand Vacations.

The Best Western Lake Buena Vista is very nice. :). They have spacious rooms, with microwave and refrigerator. Parking is free there unless you get valet, which they seem to try to lead you to believe is the only option. Valet spots are right next to hotel entrance, whereas free parking is a little farther (not a block or anything :rotfl2:). Just pull up to the entrance, get a dolly, put your stuff on it, and have someone check in with the stuff while another person parks the car not in valet. :). Theres a nice little Disney gift shop in the lobby, with a couple restaurants. No free breakfast here, though. It's about 5miles from SeaWorld, but its not hard. Hop on Route 4, and then take the exit for Central Florida Parkway. Also forgot to mention that it's a Downtown Disney Resort Area hotel, too. :). Free transportation to all Disney parks, as well. :)
