Best Happy Hour(s) around DL?

Does anyone know what restaurants offer Happy Hours? And if so, what are some of the better ones? I'm thinking of things within walking distance of the parks or in Downtown Disney. My wife and I are penny pinchers and love a good value when we eat. You can't beat $2 beers and some good sliders, pizza or nachos. Please tell me there is something near Disney for a nice 3 PM break

I was thinking the same thing "can my kids come to the Happy Hour?"
It's not bad, if it's a family resturant/sports bar type.

Nice looking menu! How far would you say it is from the parks--walking distance?

Also, now that I have been doing a little outside research, it looks like Joe's Crab Shack on Garden Grove has a sweet Happy Hour too. Just in case anyone is interested.

PF Chang's at Gardenwalk has a happy hour on Mondays and Tuesdays, and Fire & Ice (also Gardenwalk) has a happy hour every night if I remember correctly.

It's at Gardenwalk between Bubba Gump and Chesse Cake Factory...not far really from the parks.....

Here is the reply I got from McCormick and Smicks's

We do not have any restrictions on age in the bar except that you haveto be 21 to sit at the bar. Happy Hour is from 4pm to 6pm Monday thruFriday, seating is on a first come basis. It is a bar setting.

Thanks Littleprincess2010! I'm thinking a stop right at the start of Happy Hour wouldn't be TOO detrimental to my child's development And she'd be all over those spider fries!!! Of course, coming up with the $3.50 drink minimum for her might be a challenge - she'll have to belt back at least a couple of Shirley Temples

But I am a bit confused as to just when Happy Hour is - they said 4-6 in the email, the menu says 3:00-6:00, and their website says 3:30-6:00. Oh well - I guess 4pm-ish is safe any way you look at it!

I think Im just going to call them before I go and confirm what time they are open for "Happy Hour", that way I dont get any shocking suprises when the bill comes

Check out the Menage hotel. Everything I've ever eaten there is delicious and cheap. And "Frank" makes a great drink and great conversation. I've stayed there several times, and the locals actually fill it up on the weekends.

Funny, we almost booked the Hotel Menage for our next trip but decided to go with the Hyatt instead. One of the selling points of the Menage was that cool restaurant of theirs. Might be a good excuse to take a stroll down there to check it all out for future reference.
