I have no idea if this is the correct place to ask this but...what is the best golf course at WDW? - for experience and value. Are there ever any discounts?

WDW has four 18-hole golf courses and all of them are very good and fun to play. Which one(s) you should choose really depends on what you enjoy about your golf experience. My favorite is Osprey Ridge because I like the layout, but the others are fun to play too. As a DVC member I usually purchase an annual membership ($50) which gives you discounted rates after 10am, for you and your guests. If you play 2 or more times a year and can play after 10, it's definitely worth it. Annual Pass holders and Florida residents can also purchase an annual membership and their discounts vary I think. If you're not any of the above, you can still get a discounted rate in the mid-late afternoon (twilight rate). Check out the golf website for details.

Now for the courses.. If you're short off the tee (but accurate) Lake Buena Vista is a good course to play. It's also convenient to OKW and SSR if you're staying there. The Palm and Magnolia are longer courses and host the PGA Tour event there every fall. The pros used to play LBV as well, but it became too easy for them. Before making your tee times (which you can do online), you may want to check with the pro shops to see if there are any events scheduled for the time of your visit, like a tournament or special golf course maintenance.
