What is your favorite souvenir from the Fort and why?

Mine is our FW tire cover that we have on our trailer. When we go camping, we always have folks asking us about FW or telling us how much they enjoy the fort too. :goodvibes

Besides the TONS of pictures, I love my navy blue Ft. Wilderness hoodie. During the school year, it lives in my classroom so I can throw it on when I get cool and it always reminds me of Disney. It also always goes on camping trips with us.

My husband's favorite is his Ft. Wilderness coffee mug. Same as me, it always reminds him of our Disney trips whenever he uses it. A close second is the Ft. Wilderness tag that lives on the front of our motorhome.

Happy Camping!

I went FW-souvenir crazy visit before last. :scared1:

I like the white shadow sticker of Mickey walking with the FW logo which is about 6"x6" on the rear window of our mini-van. Every time I see it I feel a teensy bit better.

I also got the spare tire cover, the door mat, the koozie, the vinyl oval magnet (for the pop-up's stove cover), the beach towel, the zipped "adult beverage" cover, and a deck of cards. Plus a key ring, luggage tag....

...then my wife found where I was stashing all this stuff from my frequent "quick trips" to the Meadow TP and I had to stop immediately....:sad2:

That's so funny...I could just picture my dh doing that!! :rotfl:

I bought some Ft. Wilderness ink pens the last time we went. I brought them to work so when I am in a long meeting and tired of the "blah blah project plan blah blah", I just look at the picture of Mickey and the gang roasting marshmallows.

I love my refillible FW mug. Spent lots of time on the porch in front of Crockets sipping while people watching. Another favorite was the chocolate dipped micky ears from the trading posts...but unfortunately they didnt make good souvenirs.....I ate them soon after we got home.:rolleyes1

I want to get one when we go back! It was shirts for dh and I or a tire cover this past trip and I went for the tire cover. The 20 year old Trading Post "manager" kept telling me it wouldn't fit our camper tire cover :sad2: ....it fit perfectly! :lmao:

What a great idea!;)

Our favorite souvenir would have to be one we made ourselves. A little background...we loved the white outline vinyl sticker of FW and bought one for the side window of the coach. Both DH and I are nostalgics, so we are partial to the mickey with the musket, so we bought a digital cutter off ebay for $600 and decorated the whole coach with it, including making a musket mickey for the front.

Oh, cool. I really like the Mickey w/ Musket on the front of your coach! :)

Thanks. DH is very proud of it and says that it is worth the 3 weeks of work it took! It is definitely a conversation piece.

i ran over a one way sign in the 200 loop and tore up my slide, that will be a great one to keep. the kids had a great time and made up for it

My kids favorite souvenir was their FW pins they got and they wouldn't trade them for anything! If you go at Christmas time they have limited edition ones for the holidays too:goodvibes

Is Goofy catching his hat on fire like he is on the refillable mug? I've been looking for stuff with that picture on it but haven't found anything yet.

One of my favorite (most used) things can be found all over WDW but we bought it in FW. It's the Mickey and gang coloring book and it's what my kids would do in downtime at the campsite. Sometimes at home they'll get out the coloring books and crayons and just coloring one picture of Mickey and Minnie on a ride takes us right to Walt Disney World. My most favorite souvenir is the refillable mug.
