Best food EVER

[Neapolitan Ice Cream]

I want to say pizza from Italy, but I'm afraid I'm gonna have to plump for a FRESH Caesar salad, possibly with a side of fries

Not the most nutritious or elegant dishes, but I ADORE it!

I am torn. My choices would be a perfectly cooked ribeye steak with a loaded baked potato, pizza with Italian sausage, onions, hot peppers and extra cheese, homemade lasagna or our homemade Thanksgiving dinner.

I assume desserts have their own category because that’s really a tough one to decide.

That's a good point about desserts. I am a sucker for strawberries with clotted cream ice cream and/or cream

The first thing that popped into my head:
a soft-serve chocolate ice cream cone, with chocolate sprinkles!

But I also have to agree with pizza. Not only is it delicious, but if you top it right, it's got all four food groups!

A real Italian Hoagie with lots of meats and provolone cheese, shredded lettuce, tomato slices, pickle slices, hot cherry pepper slices, and onions; sprinkled with oregano, salt, and pepper and oil and all stuffed into a genuine hoagie roll.

I'll be in the minority with Fried Green Tomatoes!!! But not everyone can make them. I don't want any of this chicken fried batter on there, I like them done like fried zucchini. Italian breadcrumbs all the way!

This is tough, because there’s so many things.

I have soooo many favorites but my go is chicken strips/tenders. I keep a bag or two in the freezer at all times. And always with ranch dressing & red hot sauce to dip in.
