Best February week to visit

Looks like we may be going back in February. What's the best week to go? From crowd calendars looks like we definitely need to avoid the 3rd week. Any better week of the remaining three?

We've been both the first and second week of February (but not into President's day weekend) and the crowds were pretty similar in both. Weather was very hit or miss so I might consider the last week in the hope that there's less chance of the cold weather we've experienced in the first 10 days or so.

We used to go the first week, before we had kids. It was great crowd wise. Weather can be chilly, but we loved that time of year.
