Best-fastest way from PBH (universal) to WDW

my DH really doesn't want to drive this year. We are probably going to do the towncar to and from the airport, what is the best way to get to universal to WDW (BWI). I think they might have a shuttle service, but I think that is people going to/from the parks. what about a cab? anyone taken one? how much did it cost? thanks for any help!

We used Tiffany Town Car service from Universal to theYC last year and it worked out great!
