Best Ever Haircut in MK!!

My kids had thir haircut on Main St a few years ago...so we had to do it this time too!

We waited in a VERY long line Sunday afternoon. Finally my 14 yr old DS sits in Michael's chair & says "do whatever you want to it" we had seen LOTS of michey heads coming out of the shop with googly eyes on the back of heads...i think that was what he was looking for but Michael had other ideas...

my DS wears it short...a #2 buzz with a little spike in the front...well Michael does that & then gets this look in his eye...he begins dabbing spots on the back of my DS's head...along with making the front short spike look like a horn in the colors of red & yellow. He now adds green to the "dots" in the back and I'm getting an idea that I know what is coming...boy am I LAUGHING!! Michael then added more yellow dots...we have red dots surrounding yellow dots with green connecting them...and you get...a !!!! My 14 yr old DS walked around MK with 3 flowers on the back of his head!!!!

We had dinner at liberty tree tavern that night & boy did the characters there LOVE his head!! My other kids had great cuts & lots of color & glitter but my DS's will forever be a GREAT memory!! And it has given him a new nickname of "Daisy!!!"

O.K How did you do it! I live in Ct. too,and the trend with boys that age is long shaggy hair.Were going in January and would love to have my ds get his hair cut by the Magic Kingdom barber,my dh just had his done back in march and it was lots of fun!Well maybe he will get caught in the moment and go 4 it.

For the line that is - not hair! I am tempted to get my haircut in the MK too. I need it anyway and that could be fun! Do they do adult hair - female? I don't need a complicated style, just a big trim. (My last haircut was before my last Disney trip - May 04)

I haven't gotton to my pictures yet...my DH forgot to take a digital pic...

the line wait was well over an hour, MK had opened early that morning but when we went to look the sign in the window said open at...the clock said noon...well at 12:30 the line was already very deep.

As to adults...yep they do cuts, trims, whatever...my 16 yo DD wanted to get hers trimmed & done, but Michael said he didn't do long girls cuts...my DD 6yrs got hers done by Lilly I think her name was...my older DD didn't like it as much. Her hair was up & kind of "poofy". My little one loved it! We saw some "senior" folks come out with VERY interesting hair...bright pink & spiky!

As to my sons hair style...his hair is kind of wavy anyway...and he has ALWAYS liked it short. He actually looks better that way. Our town has more shorter styles of hair on boys. Some wear it long but not too many. Where you from in CT crazy4disney??
