So, DH and I are headed back home in January for a 4 night stay after our first Disney Cruise (squeeeeee!). He loves his eggs benedict, and since we are closing in on our ADR day, I'd like opinions. We are only doing one TS breakfast/brunch this trip, so it'd be great to reserve one with his favorite dish on the menu. Thanks to all!!

The lobster eggs Benedict at Grand Floridan cafe is really good. I liked it better than the California grill version, which I've had twice and is still very good but not as good as GFC.

The Kona Eggs Benedict that replaced the Samoan, it beat out the butter poached lobster benedict at Cali Grill Brunch for me.

I had regular Eggs Benedict at the Grand Floridian Cafe. I'd rate them 8 out of 10, which I'm perfectly happy with.

Whispering Canyon, if Chef Michael is there. He can perfectly cook a poached egg!

See, I worry about this. I love poached eggs, BUT, I cannot abide undercooked egg white. I really want to try some of the eggs benedict options, but I am worried they will be undercooked (to me)

You have more of an issue of overcooked poached eggs than undercooked at WDW. Chef Michael gets them right.

Love this as well!! (along with all of the other buffet goodies!)

O/T: I'm not much for buffets, but breakfast is the way to go if I do - pictures of the Wave buffet make me think of how a great 10:30 brunch would suit me after an 8:00 MK and getting a few less crowded hours. How are the bloody marys?

Don't know if my Virgin Mary counts, but it was very tasty. The Bloody Mary on the menu had chorizo in it. Mine did not.

We loved breakfast at the Wave. You can get the eggs benedict on the buffet or the breakfast menu. I didn't have a Bloody Mary but my Mimosa was mighty tasty!

The only place to get good standard Eggs Benedict is the Wave. Grand Floridian Café ruined them the last time I had them. They were overcooked with a hard yolk, the tomato salad is awful. I won't be back there for Eggs Benedict. But the Wave gets them right all the time. Just don't get the buffet. They do have them on the buffet, but they are usually soggy.

Regular Eggs Benedict are disappearing from WDW. Too many varieties that are awful. I get better Eggs Benedict for less at a small diner in Marco Island, FL. And those come with wonderful hash browns.

This. I find it's more likely for the poached eggs to be somewhat overcooked rather than having undercooked whites.

OK - you said BEST.

BEST? CA Grill Brunch. Yes, this will cost you.

DAILY? I would really have to suggest Whispering Canyon, at WL.

We go to BOTH on a fairly regular basis. A CA Grill Brunch will set you back about $80+ a plate. WC? You will get GREAT Eggs Benedict, around $30 a plate.

Olivia's has Crab Cake Egg Benedict. Never tried it there and I was interested until I saw the Eggs Any Style (poached please) and Sweet Potato Hash with Key Lime Hollandaise.
