Best Eastern Excursions on the Treasure?

What excursions would you recommend for a 7 night on the Treasure? Mother daughter trip- and we are both adults!

In Tortola, we did Aristocat Daysails snorkeling; Norman Island and the caves. Not through the ship, per se, but longer in the water, cheaper and super easy to work with. Great day

We did Aristocat Norman Island also. For St. Thomas, recommend Jeep Surfari.
