Best dolphin swim

We will be doing the Western Caribbean and a dolphin swim is a must do for my kids (8, 10). What is the best one to do? Should we book through dcl or on our own?

We're thinking of trying Dolphin Discovery at Chankanaab Natl Park. However as we'll have a 5 and 8 yr old may do different experiences (ie push pull and swim with the 8 yr old). Will they separate us the whole time or would my 4yr old be able to watch her older sibling (with a parent of course) or will we be split into two the whole time?

When we were there in 2013, the 2 groups were separated the whole time and wouldn't have been able to watch each other because it all happened simultaneously.
