Best dining experience at SW?

We are going to do 2 days at SW in February. Would like to do one of the dining experiences. Looking for any feedback/advice please. Thanks. Oh, my daughter will be 5 if that matters

We did dinner with Shaum- which my son( who was 9 at the time) enjoyed. Its a buffet and can get busy but was nice to be able to get closer to Shaum.
We also ate lunch a couple of times at Shark underwater grill- the food was great and if you get a tank table , your daughter will be amused identifying the fish!

We did Dine With Shamu on the 18th, and it was amazing!!!!!!!!!!! The food was actually really good, beer was free if you like beer, but to be right next to the water with the whales was breathtaking!!!!!!!!! I could have sat there all day if they would have let us.

I love dine with Shamu. I have done them all. Its the same exact bufffet, same food for backstage at believe, shamu rocks and Dine with Shamu. With Dine with Shamu there is a little interaction with the trainers. The food at the buffet is actually pretty good. I loved the turkey, a little salty , but good, the seafood gumbo awesome, fresh mashed potatoes. Cookies, carrot cake for dessert. some fresh fruit.
I did the luau too. The luau was nice, the food wasnt my cup of tea. IT was ok, everyone liked it , I thought it was ok. The rice was good, the mahi mahi had a nice flavor.

as for the park food, yuck! THey have smoked pizza, and the burgers were the worst I ever had, no I take that back the worst were in Islands of Adventure, Suess Cafe, awful, just awful, even the fries, yuck.

Best interaction/buffet is Dine with Shamu
Best meal in a show the Makaliki Luau

We do each every other year or so.Everyone has their favorite in our group so we hit'em all.My fave is Sharks cause I am about the food.DW likes the Luau.
