I have been having a hell of a time with my dessert party. First when I requested menus so I can select a package, I was sent Epcot dessert menus with my planner knowing full well my dessert party was booked at sago cay pointe. So when I picked a package from the menus I got, she said the one I picked would cost $42/pp instead of $30/pp as stated on the package and my request for sweet tea instead of fruit punch is like $70+ a gallon because those menus are for Epcot only. ....... Sooo then I said, well why didn't I get choices pertaining to My location to begin with? I thought when I requested menus and I was sent menus those menus would apply to both locations, how should I know????
Here is what I was told to choose from for $30/pp including coffee, teas, condiments.. I should pick five.. Problem is I have no idea what this stuff is nor did google help. I can guess tiramisu in a tea cup, colorful cheesecakes, chocolate mousse, and I've had a zebra dome before but what is the rest of the stuff? What tastes the best? What does it look like and how is the portion size?

On a personal note, is it possible to request a different wedding planner? I think mine is confused.. we've had a lot of issues with her and today I got an email asking me things we went over during the planning session. Not to mention it's been almost 3 months and I still haven't received my BEO due to "IT issues". I'm supposed to pay my minimum tomorrow (its the 3 month mark) which is also the deadline for decreasing room blocks.. and I haven't gotten any updates. How can there be an IT issue just with MY BEO??? Or am I assuming other brides who have had their planning session end of April also not receive their BEO??
