Best Dessert at Disney World

Key Lime Pie at Wolfgang Puck Cafe (also can get it at the Express on the Westside)
also love the Mini Key Lime Tarts at Cape May
Maple Creme Brule at Le Cellier
Tiramisu at Mama Melrose
Butterfinger Cupcake at Starring Rolls HS::yes::

Coconut Bread Pudding with caramel ice-cream at Jiko- hands down!

Dole Whip floats are the way. As far as I'm concerned no other dessert exists. I will also spring for a slice of cheesecake at Boulangerie Patisserie, but it dims in comparison to the sheer unadulterated magic of Dole Whip. :cloud9:

I am seeing a lot of the bread pudding at Raglan Road. I think i NEED to try this. :)

My all time favorite is from Germany/Karamel Kuche: I don't know the name of it but it's caramel, pecans & a cookie crust....all I can say is YUM! I can't wait to go back in December so, I can bring some home!

Next on my list is Dole Whip baby!

My favorite dessert anywhere, not just Disney is the Banana Bread Pudding at Ohana'. :lovestruc I am drooling just thinking about it!

I'll up the ante and say that the Ooey Gooey Toffee Cake at Liberty Tree Tavern is the BEST dessert I've ever had IN MY LIFE! There just really aren't words... :thumbsup2

:thumbsup2There isn't anything else that comes close.

Hands down, the incomparable ice cream "Mickey Bar." I've had many delicious desserts in Disney from creme brulees to fancy chocolate-ganache-something-or-others, but nothing beats the main mouse's ice cream treat in my book!

Wow, that is an amazing statement. I have never even tried one. I am usually too busy hitting the bakeries.

One man's junk is another man's treasure...I see a lot of desserts here that I just don't care for at all! I seem to always buy into the hype and end up disappointed. Some of my favorite desserts don't ever really make the majority list, but taste is such a personal thing.

I love the sherry trifle at the Gardenview Lounge and the maple creme brulee from LC (though I had a terrible one the first time). I used to like the banana creme brulee at Kona... I no longer care for it as it has changed. Anyone remember the Tanzanian Chocolate purses at Jiko? LOVED those! How about that lemon curd thing they were doing for a while? DEVINE! Love, love, love the berry cobbler at AP with the blackberry ice cream. Like the Ooey Gooey Toffee Cake at Liberty Tree Tavern.

(I dislike 'Ohana's bread pudding, BD's grapefruit cake, skool bread from Kringla, Caramelized Banana Napoleon from Flying Fish, the sickeningly sweet chocolate peanut butter cupcake from SR, profiteroles at Chefs, not a huge fan of zebra domes, though they were the RAGE around here for several years....I made the mistake of wasting a snack credit on a chocolate and caramel covered strawberry from Karamel Kuche...BAD! SOUR strawberry...and strawberries don't taste good with caramel!!! Didn't like the chocolate wave at CR.)

What about Bavarian cheese cake at biergarten? Or the key lime pie at boardwalk bakery?

Our favorites are the No Way Jose from Beaches and Cream, ice cream cookie sandwiches from the Main Street Bakery, the Red Velvet Cheesecake cupcake at Starring Rolls, make your own rice krispie treats from Goofy's Candy Company, and Mickey bars.

Thanks, everyone! Does anyone know if the Ooey, Gooey Toffee Cake has any fruit (including raisins) in it? That would be a deal-breaker for us.

Definitely the bread pudding from O'hana!

I'm looking forward to trying the Dole Whip though. Never had it before- is it like frozen yogert?
