Best deals for Nick Hotel

I'm thinking of going to Nick Hotel in Oct/Nov. Any suggestions on getting good deals? Should I go through AAA or book straight through their website/call them? Do they have transport to Disney Parks and Universal?

They are also offering a discount of 15% off of rate for 3 or more nights, 20% discount for 5 or more nights and 25% discount for 7 or more nights. This is called the best flex rate.

They also have a special on the website for the Fall. The rate is $125 per nite, but the whole balance must be paid in full and it is non-refundable for the following dates:

* The Special $125 Fall rate is an advance purchase rate and is valid for travel 9/4/06 - 9/7/06, 9/10/06 - 9/14/06, 9/17/06 - 9/21/06, 9/24/06 - 9/28/06, 10/1/06 - 10/5/06, 10/9/06 - 10/12/06, 10/15/06 - 10/19/06, 10/22/06 - 10/26/06, 10/29/06 - 11/2/06, 11/5/06 - 11/8/06, 11/12/06 - 11/16/06, 11/26/06 - 11/30/06, 12/3/06 - 12/7/06, 12/10/06 - 12/14/06, 12/17/06 - 12/21/06.
But, if you book throught Dreams Unlimited Travel, they will give you the $125 rate, and it is refundable and does not need to be prepaid.

I can't tell you much about this hotel, except that for offsite, the location was really great. The drive to some of the parks from there will probably be faster than taking the bus from some the Disney resorts! It looked really cute too!

They do have buses that go to Disney and Universal.
