Best deals during the holidays

I am hoping someone can recommend a moderately priced hotel for the week between Christmas and New Years. It is for myself and three kids age 4, 7 and 9. We will probably do Sea World this trip. I would like a fairly safe area since it is just me and the kids. I will have acess to a car while staying in the area. We have stayed in 2 bedroom villas and values at disney so we are flexible on type of accommodation. Thanks.
