Best Deals during President's week?

JUst finalized our flights for Feb 18-25 (tuesday after to president's day for one week). We always go off season so I'm used to getting the deals. Can I expect any deals at this time? Historically has anyone gotten an specials either on site or off or with priceline? Not sure what to expect or when to book.

If you are interested in a DVC rental, I have a studio at either BCV or BWV available for check in Feb. 16, 2003. Five nights.

We went during President's week last year and there was not a discount to be found. Its great that you already got your airfare- we waited too long, and paid about 400/ticket. Did you get a great deal? You should book your rental car asap as well. Good luck, hopefully this year there will be discounts!

frann - thanks for the advise on the car rental. I'll start looking into it right away. I feel like we did good on the air $144.50 RT PP from Hartford. Looks like I"ll be trying priceline pretty soon for everything else.
Any one else get any deals in past years?

We got the Wyndham through Priceline for President's Week in 2000 for about $30/nt. Priceline has always worked for me in Orlando no matter how busy a time it is. BTW, great deal on the airfare.
