Hi everyone! I used to be a regular, daily even, visitor on the boards. I haven't been on or visiting Disney (haven't been in over a year). So, I'm out of the loop on the best deals. I don't have my AP any longer...is the free dining deal good for June? I'm thinking about taking my mom to Disney for her birthday.

Just so you know - the reason I've been gone is sad...my DH and I split up last year and Disney was "our place" - actually last June while in Disney is when it all came down. Sad, yes...and I've had a hard time when it comes to Disney. But, I'm coming back, no reason for me to let go of something I really love. And that's been a big part of my life. And, life is good...I'm doing better and trying to get my mouse ears wet again!

I was thinking about one of the 7 nights for the price of 4 deals with dining...did I hear something about that?

Any help would be appreciated.

If your going this June:
  • free dining isn't until Aug
  • the 4 - 3 free had to be booked earlier

There are some great summer room only rates - check them on mousesavers - if you call you have to ask for the summer rates - you can add tix and dining to these offers

I am staying at the Swan June 23&24 (pre- disney cruise) for $149 + tax & resort fee - this is a teacher's rate - they also have these rates for nurses, firefighters, ect...You can call the hotel directly.

    Hope this info helps.
By the way I'm Pam in SC.

Hi Pam Welcome back:hug:
I know you said June but if you could wait a bit Lisa @ Magical vacations has excellent rates. I found her thru tikimans site

PamNC - I'm so sorry to hear about you and your husband. In preparing for our upcoming trip in October, I pulled out some old trip reports I had printed out for our last trip in 2005. I was reading yours from your trip over the Fourth of July. I thought, "I wonder if PamNC has any new trip reports?", and did a search and found this post. :sad1:

I'm so glad to hear that you are ready for Disney again though. I can't think of any better therapy:thumbsup2 Best of luck to you!
