Best deal for APs

Hi we will be going to WDW this June. I hope to get our family APs.. best deal you all can suggest would be greatly appreciated. I know some people buy tickets from undercover tourist and then after using them one day upgrade to APs. BUT, I don't remember what ticket is the best one to get from UT and what I should be paying to upgrade.
