My family will be going in late September. What are the best days of the week to go to US and IOA? We want to go when it isn't as crowded.

September (except for Labor Day weekend) has some of the lowest crowds all year. Most of the time, though, Universal parks are slower during the beginning of the week than the end. Try a Sunday or Monday.
