Best days to visit parks ??

Hello all

will be arriving in orlando on 31st July coming and want to try and start some sort of day by day plan. Can anybody advise me of the best times to visit all the main parks as I appreciate we will be there at a busy time ? Thanks

I live local and personal experience is MGM on Monday late. MK Wednesday. Being a transplanted Yankee, I have to take all my visitors there. Keep trying to figure if it's me or the Mouse they came to see.
