Best days for US/IOA

Going to WDW with a two days at US/IOA in May. Will be there May 14th - 21st. Which would be best two days for US/IOA already thinking Wedesnday as there arent any great EMHs, Fantasmic, Electrical parade etc at Disney that day. So trying to figure other day.

I think either Tuesday or Wednesday that week would be best.
