Best day to go?

Hi everyone!
I know this has been asked a thousand times but here I am! We are flexible and are going to Disney for two days in the next week or so. I am trying to figure out which days would be best. I noticed next Wed. and Thur the 21st and 22nd have crowd levels of 1 and 2. I don't normally follow the crowd levels but this sounds really low. Do these days sound good and do the crowd numbers fluctuate? Since we are there for a short time we really want to get as much in as possible with minimal wait time. Thanks so much in advance! In general, when there aren't special events or holidays. Tuesday through Thursday is quietest. However while the lines may be shortest, the hours are shorter and entertainment more limited. So if you want it all in offseason you have to go on the weekend. Friday, Saturday and Sunday when it's much busier.
