Best day of the week to visit SW?

I know that the answer is most likely to be extremely subjective, but does anyone have any input? I am thinking that it might be nice to do this on a day that is predicted to have higher crowds during our stay. I hate to step outside of the pixie dust bubble, but I really am not so sure that it's a wise idea to hold off until the last day of our vacation to try to stop in for a quickie visit. TIA Maggie
