best day for MK easter time

We are taking an impromptu trip to Orlando (Universal/IOA) for 5 days the week before Easter and because we have been to Disney 3 times before, we've decided to pick one park (MK) for one day of the vacation. We will be there Wed-Sat, which day is best? I assume we will want to avoid early entry days if they still do that. Thanks.

we are going to mk on good friday. we fly in to mco at 1030 on thursday and want to make sure we can make a whole day of it. i should brace myself for the crowds!
