Best Day for KTTK Tour

Ok, so I need some advice... I hope I'm posting this in the right place! Quick lowdown - heading to WDW November 15-19, 2017 with my parents and sister (all of four of us are 34+) and we're doing things we've never done before: Animal Kingdom, MVMCP and the KTTK tour.

Here's my rough plan:

Wednesday - arrival day, not sure of time yet, Disney Springs for dinner

Thursday - Animal Kingdom AM, MVMCP PM

Friday - KTTK Tour??? AM or HS AM, AK PM + Teppan Edo "late" dinner

Saturday - KTTK tour??? OR HS AM, HS PM OR AK PM, California Grille "fireworks" dinner

Sunday - AM tbd for whatever we didn't do that's still left, late afternoon flight

Here's the question, which day would be better to do the KTTK tour? My gut is telling me Saturday morning, but not having any experience wanted to hear thoughts...

We have 4 day park hoppers, so have flexibility with what parks we do at what times, which is also somewhat dependent on EMH. Am I over thinking this?

We actually did your exact Saturday plan in the fall! We loved having the four on a Saturday (the most crowded day of our trip) because the tour prevents you from dealing with the crowds. Then after it was over we did two of our three fast passes, and then we headed back to the resort to change and rest before Cali grill. It was a fabulous way to spend what would have otherwise been a crazy crowded day because of jersey week. I hope that is helpful!
