Best day for EPCOT Food and Wine Festival

My husband and I are going to WDW this weekend. What is the best day to go to EPCOT for F&W Festival? We need to choose between Sunday and Monday.

I would always choose a weekday over the weekend. Once we had no choice as we were on a quick, hastily-planned three-day trip. We were there on a Sunday and it was very, very busy. We had a great time, but there were waits for everything. It was also a Dapper Day event, so that added to the festivities and fun (and….people ). The weather was glorious (late April) and that helped too.

We recently returned from a mid-September trip and attending mid-week was much more pleasant. It was easier to walk around, the lines were much shorter, and in general the experience wasn’t quite as tiring.

I've scheduled our Epcot day in late Oct on a Monday.

Also, daytime is usually OK any day. The locals show up after 4 on weekends in big numbers. I would just stay away from Fri-Sun nights.

Of course, now I have to monitor the crazy tropical weather!
